under 18 swimmers

Requirements:

• all swimmers in grade 9 or above and all swimmers who hold at least 1 time standard.
• Swimmers must be able to swim 50m (2 laps) continuously and unassisted. 
• Proper stroke technique is necessary.

Practice times

• Monday: 6:30 to 8:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 to 8:30pm
• Thursday: 6:30 to 8:30pm
• Sunday: 3:30 to 5:30pm

Cost:

• Registration cost: $950 per season ($475 due Oct 21, $475 due Feb 24)
• Insurance: $151 due September 23

• Kick board
• Pull buoy
• Snorkel
• Hand paddles
• Mesh bag
• Swimsuit (team suit included in registration fee)
• Swim cap recommended  (team cap included in registration fee)
• Goggles recommended
• Fins (will be provided by the team for the duration of the season)
• Team shirt (included in registration fee)
