Waiver of risk

I acknowledge the inherent risks to participants in swimming activities and on behalf of myself, and as parent/guardian of the registered swimmer, I hereby release and forever discharge the St. Stephen Aquatic Club, its directors and volunteers from all manner of action, causes of action, claims or demands which may arise and which are related in any way to participation in swimming with the St. Stephen Aquatic Club.
