This is a 3 day training camp for swimmers who are working to become an invitational swimmer. This camp will work on improving skills to help achieve your B time standards. There will be a 2 hour dryland/classroom session each morning, a 1 hour nutrition break, and a 2 hour pool session. Day 2 will focus on breast stroke and freestyle.
