This is a 3 day training camp for swimmers who are working to become an invitational swimmer. This camp will work on improving skills to help achieve your B time standards. There will be a 2 hour dryland/classroom session each morning, a 1 hour nutrition break, and a 2 hour pool session. Skills that will be worked on include, but not limited to: starts, turns, underwater, breakouts, streamlines, strokes.
